I wonder if those people straight shave?...maybe they even post on SOTD and we don't even know about it

Can't believe your vacation is almost over....that sucks . Have a safe trip home.

    Default Wednesday Evening

    4/8 Taylor's Eye Witness // O Melhor Cream // Rooney 1/2 Finest // Musgo Real

Just did a full restore on this Taylor's razor. Ran it through all the greaseless and rogues and gave it some white acrylic scales. Shave went well but 4/8 is a bit small for me.

    Default Thursday morning

    Pre: Hot shower
    Razor: SSA
Brush: Ikon 24 mm chubby silvertip
Soap/cream: top Secret + Mama Bears unscented
    AS: Old Spice Musk
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Hot damn
Close one today, very close and I got very, very clean . Desided to go for two soaps today and they worked well together, even though it was a tad bit dry (and I was to lazy to try and correct).

    Strop: Dovo Prima Rindleder (30/70)
Brush: E-bay Rooney (floppy shedder, but so soft...)
    Soap: Tabac Original
    Razor: Dovo Special 6/8
    Post: Water+alum+stiptic pencil
    After: Alpa 378

Today no time for picture... Result is quite good but I got a nick under my lips. Very tiny but I felt alum block more than I wanted . I really like my Dovo, I don't understand why it has so bad name on the other forum.

James Johnson Sheffield Wedge | Kanayama | BentonClay Silvertip | BentonClay Lavender + CarrieM BRV | Thayer's Lavender | CarrieM ASM | Montale Red Vetyver

It's been a while since I used some of my kit today. The combination of BentonClay's soap and CarrieM's cream gave me a rich luxurious lather with a scent that can make anyone hungry and the Johnson Sheffield wedge was a silent squeegee today!

Great images this week, gentlemen, thank you all!
