    Pre: Hot shower
    Brush: New Forest silvertip
Razors: Thomas Turner´s "Everlasting" and a John Bingham for the head
Cream: Palmolive, very old and made in Sweden
    AS: Dr Harris Sandalwood
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very clean
Didn´t know what this cream would do or be like, but it was poison green and preformed excellent, slippery and protective and I liked the scent. Fantastic blades, two passes on the face and one on the head and I´m ready for whatever happens

Glenn, the custom scent sounds great. You'll have to give us a full report on the combination. I've smelled Al's vetiver--what a great ingredient!

Tom, another tremendous image! I'm really enjoying your collection of smokers. And you keep tempting me with that Calani!

    28/#272

Mikael, the shave sounds fantastic. Where do you find vintage Palmolive cream? And the "Everlasting" razor looked beautiful!

Yeah, it was a nice one this morning. The cream was a one timer (came wiht a razor/hone lot I bought). The Turner is a sweet blade and the scales are so nice (vintage and custom made for this blade).

    Thank you Robert.

I am really enjoying using the Coticule, all but 1 (problematic) razor have taken awesome edges. Truly enjoyable process and quick.

    Prep:Hot towel
    Brush:TGN Custom 24mm Silvertip Premium A
Strop: SRD Premium IV English Bridle
    Scuttle: SRD
Cream: Da Bomb Custom Bay & Vetiver
    Razor: Boker #201
    After shave: Brut
    EDT: Polo Blue

Result:I polished the edge of the Boker last evening with a vintage Thuringian stone. The edge was ultra-smooth this morning. I used the Custom Bay & Vetiver again today. A very small amount goes a VERY long way and it holds water like a sponge. The lather provides excellent cushion with just the right amount of slickness. I would describe the scent as “Spicy & complex”. It opens with “In your face” bay and then blooms into a woodsy/grassy vetiver. I LOVE IT!

I spent some time yesterday turning brush handles. In an attempt to spread the joy of wet shaving, I'm gifting brushes with handles I turned to the men in the family. These 2 are shaped, but not finished yet (I'll post when they are done) and are done in Bocote & East Indian Rosewood.
Have a great weekend gentlemen, you've earned it!

I havent shaved sence Wed. Oh boy i couldnlt wait to shave. I recieved my CarrieM Dragons blood today from the Class. Did not know what to expect for a scent. I was surprised to find out is smells exactly the same as St Charles Smoke N Beads. Did an Uber with MWF. Used my wacker Jungmeister.
    2 passes to heaven.
