From My November Guest...
The desolate, deserted trees,
The faded earth, the heavy sky,
The beauties she so truly sees,
She thinks I have no eye for these,
And vexes me for reason why.
Not yesterday I learned to know
The love of bare November days
Before the coming of the snow,
But it were vain to tell her so,
And they are better for her praise.

Back to the number one bathroom and a straight razor. After 20 laps on canvas and 50 on horsehide, the Wosty gave me a very good shave with the PC soap. I always get good lather with the PC soap, btw. It felt good to use the straight again. I still cannot get as good a shave with straights that I can with DE's or SE's but I enjoy the process more.

Thanks Bill. The shaping is the fun part, putting the finish on is a PITA
Matt, I did retail management for 10 years and I feel your pain buddy. I actually miss the rush of working BF, but the hours were terrible. The plus side is that you make a little extra, you're too busy to spend it, so you end up coming out aheadGreat SOTD! Hang in there!
Robert that is one AMAZING razor! You nailed it when you said that is a "mean" spike point, truly astoundingI enjoyed the storyline also

Thank you Tom. You are too kind.
Thanks Glenn. It is the shapest (pointiest) blade I own...I have love spikes and never got a nick from any one of them. This makes the spikes on my other blades look like a round point
Beautiful as usual Teiste
