Pure poetry my friend! I can feel what you are describing in your picture, well done!

Another straight razor which had fallen from my rotation. This NOS Revisor (scales by Max) is not only nice to look at, but it is also a really nice shaver.
A thing of beauty for sure!

Today was another trying day since my daughter decided to play bumper cars on the NJ Turnpike. No one hurt, minor damage to the cars, on to the shave.

Nice hot shower with Stephan's conditioning shave cream rubbed into the whiskers.
    Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Custom Badger Brush
    Old Spice Shave Cream
SRP P1 25 laps felt, 60 laps leather
    Henkles 7/8 in Bocote
    AOS Aluminum
    Pinaud Clubman
    Vaseline for men

The Henkles is a big blade and gives a very smooth shave. Sort of like driving a Lincoln compared to yesterdays Dubl Duck which is like a sports car. The Old Spice really lathered up well and was very thick and creamy. Guess I am getting the amount of water required correctly these days.

    Enjoy the evening.
