    Prep:Hot shower
    Brush:TGN Silvertip Premium A
Strop: SRD Premium IV English Bridle
    Scuttle: SRD
    Cream: da Bomb “Goodfellas”
    Razor: Dovo “Best Quality”
After shave: Ogallala Bayrum & Sandalwood
    EDT: Cuba Red

Result: The Godfather is my favorite movie of all time. The “Goodfellas” cream instantly brings it to mind. Having shaved for most of last week with the Dovo, I knew it was time to take it to the hones. I'll call this a success as the edge is definitely better. 2 passes and my face wasn't quite smooth, but the blade didn't pull or tug at all, and it felt smooth like butter. I did a 3rd ATG pass and a hot water rinse and there it was, BBS. Have a Fantastic Monday gentlemen, you've earned it!

That is a striking photo, Glenn! I love a photo that jumps off the page at you the instant you see it, and that one does!

Fantastic shot! I'm also a fan, I have a set with parts 1,2 & 3 that came in a cool looking cigar style box.

I was just pulling your leg Jeff .

Good students are easy to grade...their exams reflect their thoughts too.

    What class do you teach?

There is no doubt about their teacher's brilliance . They are indeed lucky.

Post Week of November 21 SOTD - Monday

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
Razor: 6/8" Wade & Butcher Original Bow Razor, Wedge, Spike Point
    Brush: 22mm Vulfix Super Badger
Überlather: Godrej "Menthol Mist" Shave Creme + Cella Crema da Barba Shave Soap + Glycerin
Astringent: Thayer's Witch hazel (Lavender, no alcohol)
    Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-Free Moisturizer
    Cologne: Penhaligon Racquets
Result: Time for some "Bow" action today. I think wedges are underrated and don't receive the praise that they deserve. I love this one (done by Max...like you can't tell) . This silent killer gives virtually zero auditory feedback as she cleans the "trash" (This holds equally true during stropping). The Cella/Godrej combo überlather was refreshingly moist and "cold as ice"...Brrrrr!!!! But at the end of this exercise, my face was left incredibly smooth and moisturized. Everything in life should be and feel this good .
