Nice shave. House full of family. Many good laughs and a great dinner.

Dinner table photo. The photo is not so good because I was being rushed because everyone was hungry.

    Enjoy the day!!

The dishes we never use from the never use the dishes cabinet.
    Jeff,
Sounds like an awesome shave and an even better dinner in fancy dishes . Excellent SOTD

Thanks buddy. yes...we had a wonderful TG dinner. I am still hurting. Will tell about it when I post my SOTD soon. Hope you had a great one too.

Yeap...we do have some nice mountains here in TZ (Glendale/Burbank area). Indoor workouts are better than no workout at all...get yourself ready for the turkey feast and feel less guilty

Post Week of November 21 SOTD - Friday

After Thanksgiving, "I am soooo Stuffed" Shave

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
Razor: 7/8" Novelty 1879, 1/4 Hollow, Spike Point
    Brush: 24mm Thäter Silvertip Badger
Überlather: CarrieM Bay Rum Shave Creme + Cella Crema da Barba Shave Soap + Glycerin
Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol)
    Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-Free Moisturizer
After Shave Splash: Floïd Italian Blue
Result: It's officially he day after and I am hurting...too much good food (and I have virtually no will power when it comes to food). And if any of you know Armenians and the amount of food involved in any gathering/celebration, you know how this story ends. You basically eat until you are dragged out on a gurney. Well, let's just say that I was planning on another good hike this AM, but it didn't happen as I am still hurting from last night's food frenzy. But, I must say that the healing process has gotten off to a great start with a fantastic shave. A nice hot shower, followed by an excellent prep from my CarrieM/Cella lather set the stage for this wonderful and luxurious experience. The Novelty is a heavy weight among most of my champions. She delivers on demand...no fuss, no mess. The edge on this beauty will make any Filarmonica green with envy. BBS all the way for what will surely turn out to be a recovery Friday for me.

Wow, what a blade you´ve got there Robert! Very nice oldie!! Thanks, no it´s just new and haven´t broken in yet. Softness of tips and backbone in the middle between two banded finest and silvertips, I think. I was a little disapointed when I first recived it and thought it wouldn´t suite me very well ... But maybe it will

Lu: Thank you, they´re very nice and not my usual type of scales (I often go for more natrual looks and materials, but I think these works very good on this blade).
