Prep: Hot shower
Preshave: Proraso
Scuttle: 1.5 Dirty Bird
Soap: Uberlather of Proraso soap and Queen Charlotte Vostok shaving cream
Brush: New Forest 2211
Razor: Wade & Butcher Hollow Ground
Balm: Nivea
After Shave: Creed Santol
Result: My first “hurried” shave where I had to really get in & get out and on with the day. Two passes in a much quicker time than I’ve done previously and a BBS finish. I felt today that I was finally really getting the hang of things. Sorry, no pictures… battery issue.

I´m happy you liked Nannys soap, I too feel it gives a very nice shaves (a little more slippery than Da Bomb, but with less cushion effect). Nannys soaps are my favourite together with Cella. I´m going to keep using Da Bomb for a couple of days now though... And thank you for the offer re my razor, if you send your lovely Engels It can keep the empty slot, after the Törnblom, warm .
Nice Amund! Lewis blades are pieces of art and poetry.Last edited by Maximilian; 12-10-2010 at 03:46 PM. Reason: compressed quoting to help keep our SOTD tidy

Robert told/asked me:
"......You know I am going to hack into your iPad from this forum . Nice iBooks collection. What's your favorite?"
Enders game and the following books.
In this time I read a book about the "Temple-Knights".
But I also use a lot of "free" historical books in order to quote them in some of my blogs.
I like it to read books in English.
Because i have already a paper-library with thousends of books in the future I'll get my books mostly digital. The iPad is an excellent library. Often I told to Barnes & Noble- please open your online shop for foreign users. No way.
It is terrible. In our vacations in the USA we often stroll through Barnes & Noble and we like it so much.
