    Default New Brush Today

    Location: Coffs Harbour Australia
    Strop: Illinois 835
Brush: Frank Shaving 24mm Finest Badger
Uber Lather: Col Conk's Bay Rum+Faulding Shave Cream+Glycerine
    Razor: Custom Gotta 120
    Astringent: Dickinsons Witch Hazel
    A/S: Old Spice
Well, I made a decision on the new Brush issue, and ended up going with the Frank Shaving. I decided a step up is a step in the right direction. I'll get to the top shelf brushes one day, but I enjoyed this upgrade in quality so much that I would be happy to take another couple of steps on the way up.
A fantastic shave, the razor was recently touched up, so is shaving beautifully, a nice Uberlather, and the new brush was like wiping my face with velvet.
Thanks for all the great posts and pics
    Grant

    Jeff,
That's a long distance to cover in one day...I feel your pain. Nice choice with the AOS + Glycerin mix. It makes for some real nice stuff. After using straights, one becomes almost clumsy with DEs.

    John,
Great choice of a razor. That is a fantastic shaver. I've got one and can attest to that fact.

Also, thank you for the very nice and kind words
