Post week of January 23 SOTD - Wednesday

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
Brush: 26mm Saville Row 3326 Silvertip Badger
    Razor: 6/8" Hanamasa Kamisori
Strop: 40/50 (Torolf linen/Premium IV leather)
Überlather: Pré de Provence Shave Creme + Pré de Provence Shave Soap + Glycerin
Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol)
    Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-free moisturizer
After Shave Splash: Floïd Italian Blue
    Cologne: 1967 Guerlain Habit Rouge
Results: Great shave. Smooooooth + BBS. The Pré de Provence is a very underrated soap/creme that truly deserves her weight in gold. Excellent cushion and glide (not to mention scent). I recently got this Saville Row from Charles at QED and really like it a lot. It has one of the softest tips on any badger that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Relatively great backbone and density too. Has shed 2 hairs today, but not unexpected for a first time use.

    Have a FABULOUS Wednesday gentlemen.

LOL! I am still using the sterling candy dish...I ma waiting patiently for my Georgetown scuttle to get here..I can't wait, finally a warm shave without having to hold the dish under the hot water while I stir the creme!
Same here, didn´t come shave ready, not even close. Ahh, those scuttles are supposed to be nice (and the Dirty Birds)!
