Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W Razor: Sta Sharp Brush: Vintage Boar Cream: GFT Sandalwood Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel ASB: AOS Sandalwood EDT: Calvin Klein - Obsession Summary: My Sta Sharp needed a light touchup so I decided to give it some 'Karasu' love followed with 50x on my leather strop. Amazing razors those Sta Sharps. They take such a wonderful edge. I also, finally, got my Nikon Micro-Nikkor lens back from repair so I took it out for my SOTD. It's one of my favorite and I had missed it dearly. Wishing averyone a great upcoming SOTD. Last edited by Maximilian; 02-13-2011 at 04:04 PM. Reason: typo

Brush: Simpson
Razor: J A Hellberg
Soap: Nannys Patchouli + Akro cream
AS/cologne: Fonex
Strops: Neil Miller

Ok, patchouli is not my favourite scent, but mixed with the arko cream it´s an ok scent and it gives a wonderful rich, foamy and a decent slippery lather

I wanted a specail shave tonight for the birthday, so I pulled out my favorite razor, the W&B. The MWF was a present from the wife and I've been looking forward to trying it all day. I'd read it can be a little difficult to lather especially in the bowl, so I did my homework and picked up a few tips. I got a fantastic lather out of it, and the shave was nothing short of awesome.
My face felt was ultra moist and smooth afterwards, a great shave.
Thanks for all the posts and pics

Gillette SS (NDC) | Ever-Ready | Fitjar Telemark | Thayers Rose | KD Creations ASM | Lalique Encre Noir
Given that today is another Army Reserve duty day, I wanted a nice manly shave. What better way to go than the smoky goodness of the Telemark cream and the dark vetiver of Encre Noir. The Gillette did what it's done since the late '40s, I was BBS in two passes...
Have a wonderful Sunday gentlemen, and I look forward to sharing more of your incredible shaves this week!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GRANT!
