Test shaved two blades this morning. One is going to a friend on another forum who wants to give straight shaving a go. The other is all mine. Both performed flawlessly, leaving my face BBS with no harshness!
Great gear shown in phenomenal pictures already this week, gentlemen. Thank you for fueling my ADs!!!

Thanked: 1072Thanks Robert,
Its a routine bone marrow check. Its standard procedure for the 1 year anniversary of the diagnosis. He had it done a few hours ago and fortunately awoke from the general anesthetic in a good mood. If everything looks how its supposed to look with the test, its the last time we have to come down to Sydney Children's Hospital for another 12 months
Robert...thats a good lookin' Filly
Hope you enjoy every minute. Nice photos too mate.

Thanked: 1072Location: Ronald McDonald House Sydney AustraliaCheers Boys
Razor: Laurel DE with Feather blade
Soap: Proraso (White)
Brush: Comoy Badger
Astringent: Thayer's Lemon Witch Hazel
Even though I'm not in my own shave den, sharing a communal bathroom with 20 other families, it felt good to perform the shaving ritual tonight. Calming after a long day.
I flew down here and decided to travel light, which meant leaving the straights at home and just bringing the DE, soap, and small bottle of witch Hazel.
Result: I'm still only a part-timer with the DE, so haven't fully mastered it yet, but 2 passes on the face and 2 on the head left me with a pretty respectable smooth shave.

Results...AMAZING, I'm trying to master the two pass BBS or near BBS shave. If this shave is any indication I'm almost there. The older I get, the better I was
