    Default Wednesday morning

    Pre: Hot shower
Brush: Simpson X2L in two band, aka Eshan
Razor: E A Berg in ivory scales
    Soap: MdC
    AS: Aqua Velva
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean
That was a nice one! Very nice blade this, not as stiff as the Swedes usually are, more like a good delicate Solingen blade and the MdC soap is truly wonderful.

No shave today as I will be working out doors. Thanks for all the wonderful SOTD posts.

    Enjoy your day.

I have a special SOTD picture in mind for tomorrow.

So true. As we've discussed privately, I'm so lucky to be in a country with a health system that looks after us so well.
On another note, stunning Boker yesterday

Tom, I love seeing you beautiful Buddel's. Keep 'em coming

Thank you to everyone wishing us well on our trip to Sydney Children's Hospital. We are all now safely back home. While we know many beautiful people down there, the cancer ward in a children's hospital can be a very difficult place to be.

Default Nice to be Home Shave

    Location: Coffs Harbour Australia
    Strop: Illinois 835
    Brush: Franks Finest Badger
    Soap: Proraso
    Razor: Invicta Coronett 6/8
    Astringent: Thayer's Unscented Witch Hazel
    A/S: David Craig Bay Rum
I was looking forward to this shave. I'm sure most people wouldn't understand, just how well a good shave can effect ones state of mind. A relaxing 3 pass shave with a fine razor and I feel like a new man. Absolute BBS.
Hope you all can achieve the same feeling today.

Amen to that! I had the very same thing running through my head during my shave this morning. Glad you and the family are back home safely my friend!
