    Default Saturday morning

    Prep: Hot shower
Brush: Bill Simpson, with Paua Abalone in bas
Razor: Samson by Thiers/David Issard + no name single ring look alike DE (for head)
    Soap: Provence Santé
AS: Proraso on face and Blue Foild (Italian) on head
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean

This blade is sharp, very sharp . It was honed by Thiers and I know somew people had problems with how they hone, but this was very nice considering it wasn´t a honemeister who had honed her. A tad bit to crispy sharp for me, but I knew it beforehand and I tried to adjust to it and got an excellent shave

Anytime, Robert. At my bro's for the weekend and he saw your photo and user name. He told me to pass on "what an awesome name to have online"

Results: Brought out the little Silverwing today. Don't let her size fool you...she may be little, but she's 100% BIG attitude . Coupled with the MdC soap, this dynamic duo performed one heck of a disappearing magic act on that pesky 1 day growth . Poooof!! All gone. Simple, effective, and clean. just the way I like it. The MdC copra oil and Eau de Vétyver were the icing on the cake for today's shave . AAhhhhhhh...Ready to tackle the day.
WOW! What a shave! MdC soap, MdC Vetyver, Copra oil and Trumper's moisturiser. Those must have been two candy-floss-soft cheeks!!

Prepping for a fine evening of good friends, a nice meal, and a wee drop of Scotch tonight.

Pre-Shave: A long and warm shower this AM
    Brush: Plisson HMW #16
Razor: Robert Williams 8/8", Spanish point, Mother of Pearl scales.
    Strop: Kanayama #90000, tri strop
Soap/Cream: Domenico Caraceni 1913 Shaving cream
    Scuttle:Schwarzweisskeramik, Large White

Today a test shave. I had bought this razor at a local advertising site. I have not paid too much i was just curious. Just to look.... is it nice shave with such unknown brand? 've Never heard of this brand but that does nothing to say about how he shaves. If anyone has any information about this brand ... let me know.

    The Shaving:
And must say it's not bad, not bad eventually.
He had to be honed and obviously and i can be satisfied with that. (Naniwa super stone 3/5/8 and then the 12,000 grit)
    Ultimately the result was smooth.

    Pre shave: shower
    Strop: Rolfcowhide
    Brush: Omega Boar
Cream: Trumpers_ Rose (also a test and i like the smell and Lather, a + for this)
    razor: Rakete
Aftershave:the rain (I had then with the dogs to walk)

Yeah, its sad to leave the kitchen. I went and saw the Executive Chef where I've been working casually to let him know and say some goodbyes. He said there would always be a job there for me, which was great to hear. But for now those plans are on hold, he understood that I need more than 2-3 shifts per week.

Are you serious? How did you happen to come across it on ebay? and how did you recognize them?

    Brush: Comoy Badger
Razor: Gillette Rocket with Feather blade
    Cream: Tabac
    Astringent: Thayer's Lemon Witch Hazel
    Balm: Nivea Replenishing
    A/S: Old Spice
Results: Just a head shave today. I had 4 maybe 5 days growth on the head and thats a lot for me. Put a nice new Feather blade in the DE and did 3 passes. I've never quite achieved a BBS head shave but this one was about 95% there. Very nice result, shiny and smoooth.
I like to go all out sometimes and do the full 3 course post shave treatment on the head.
    A very satisfying shave.
    Have a great weekend boys

Good morning everyone, nice and relaxed slow start to the day a cup of coffee or 2 then a nice slow shave.
