Do you think you had too much H2O on the mix? I always just dribble it in off my fingertips to prevent getting to much in and thinning it out. I have that Dovo and it's an excellent razor.

Keep the vitamin E on it for a while. It will reduce that scar a bunch. As far as the SC disaster, I guess I had too much water in the brush. I really did not add much. I tried to fix it but then I looked like a monkey screwin a football so I just went with the shave.

One of life's great dreads (at least for me) is going to the dentist...I had some issues that needed to be fixed, so I made an appointment to get the work done at a sedation dentist. Let's just say that I don't really remember much about Wednesday and it was a good thing that I didn't shave. Today's shave was a pleasure to get myself all cleaned up again and looking human again. Great pics and posts everyone!

Going to the dentist is a real problem for me too. I need to try one of those sedation Dentists. Glad the shave went well.
I need one of those custom double scuttles. I spoke to her but never ordered it. I have to do that today.

Its Friday night here and I hadn't shaved for 3 or 4 days. This wedge is one of my favorites for dealing with several days growth.
What a fantastic shave, just 2 passes were enough.
    Very smooth and refreshing.

    Prep: Hot Water Wash
    Razor: Boker Barber Tip
    Brush: Omega Boar
    Soap: Arko Shavestick
    AS: Nivea ASB
Finish: English Leather, Firehouse Wacky Tacky

It took this razor a little while to come around but it's there now. I like the heft of this one and it's a nice switch from extended periods of extra hollow ground shaving.
The greyscale picture matches the weather outside. Even though the license plates say The Sunshine State, this place looks like London or Portland today.
