Thanked: 1072Location: Coffs Harbour Australia
Strop: Illinois 835
Brush: Comoy Badger
Soap: Proraso
Razor: Bengall 11/16 (Sawn Off)
Astringent: Thayer's Cucumber Witch Hazel
Balm: C.O. Bigelow Mentha
Although this Bengall has been shortened, Its performance is always top notch. A fantastic 3 pass BBS is a great way to relax on a Sunday evening.
I didn't even use any aftershave tonight, I enjoy the menthol sensation of the balm so much that I finished there.
In tonights photo is a carving set of my father's that I finally finished working on. After over 40 years of service the handles were trashed, so I replaced them with Red Cedar Burl. Cut from the same piece of wood as the scales on the Bengall.
He better look after them!!!
Thanks for all the great posts and pics Gentlemen.

Another Sheffield Sunday
Razor:C.T. Bingham Late F. Fenney Tally Ho
Brush:Jade and brass handled boar
Soap:Williams Mug Soap
AS:Thayers Lavender and Hai Karate
Result:Three days of growth stood no chance against the Tally Ho. Got a great lather from the Williams letting me get near BBS after the first pass. One multi-directional pass later and I'm as smooth as the day I was born. Add to this the Hai Karate and this feels like it's going to be a great day.
