Great Shave! Getting ready for the Army Weekend. I won't have time to str8 during so Fri will be my last till Monday. I am trying out the Alum block to see if I like it as a post shave. The lather was honey thick and what a scent!!!! Happy Birthday Birnando!!! Great looking shaves all! (Robert we may have some gypsy/vulcan mind meld thing going on as I had pulled this set up out last nite!!!)"We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."

Good Afternoon Gentlemen.
Nice ride this morning.
Hot Shower
Kiss My Face Mint
AOS Best Badger Brush
Boker half hollow Stainless 6/8
Minor cleanup with Merkur DE and new Feather blade
stypic, alum, Thayer's Aloe
AOS postshave balm
Aramis Cologne
I must say, I loved the Kiss My Face. Wonderful smell and lather. I don't know what it was, but today went very well. I omitted the preshave oil, used the kiss my face for the first time, and used my Lynn honed Boker (probably the main reason I'd imagine.) Perhaps some improved technique as well. Regardless, I'm pretty darn smooth and relatively nick free!
Happy Thursday!
Regards,
Veto

Dear Robert,
this soap was a gift from my wife many years ago, it was the first real soap I had, and used regularly. I held it in very high regard. I still do, now more for the sentiment, I have come to realize there are many excellent suds out there that I have yet to explore, and even among the ones I have managed to acquire I now have better.
