Geneva Cutlery 5/8
Semogue 1305
Pre de Provence ss
Thayers Cucumber WH w/ aloe
Clinique Post Shave Healer
Speick a/s
Vetiver by Guerlain Edt
Always get a great shave from my Geneva blades and today was no exception. The Pre de Provence is one of my favorite soaps...easy to build lather which is always thick and feels great on the face. Another pricey soap but definitely worth it. And today will be better than yesterday.

My go to razor when pinched for time is the Le Jaguar. One of my favorite blades. This is one of those razors you compare other razors to when evaluating blades. Have a nice week.

Great job Matt...that SOTD almost looks like a mirror image of Max' too, LOOOOL. Nice job on the scales.
Hey Esse,
Sounds like a great gear (minus brush?). As for travel brushes, I heard that the Simpson Wee Scott is a stunner (small but effective).
Robert,
That Livi is truly a looker...Hold on to her.
Congrats Rune...You are on a marvelous buying binge and nothing shabby. This Revisor is no exception. Your collection is soon going to be a force to reckon with my friend. Well done and Kudos to Amund, coming through with the stones. Great job on the honing buddy
Nice shave Frank...That boar is indeed "wild" looking, LOOOOL.
Wowwww King...Those Iwasakis are exceptional shavers. Great choice
Sounds like a fantastic start to an otherwise "lazy" day (which Sundays are supposed to be). Congrats on a great shave and run GI

Beautiful shave Rum. Love that LG buddy (and she's a shoulderless too)
Tim,
That sounds like a much deserved break for both you and the wife. Who's going to take care of the kids or are they going with?
Looking forward (hopefully) to seeing some of your colonial SOTDs. Williamsburg is a terrific getaway too. Enjoy your time buddy
Hey Nic,
You may be out of sight, but NEVER out of mind. Enjoy your vacation and looking forward to see you pop your head in once in awhile and say hi
Monroe,
Those last few days are always a drag as reality sets in once again. Enjoy your time

Nice afternoon Shave, then dinner with my daughter and some friends.
Cool Shower
Stephan's Stay Smooth Shave Cream
Gillette 1956 Blue Tip Super-Speed, Wilkinson Sword Blade
Lilac Vegetal
I had not shaved since Thursday. I was in the mood for a quick, simple shave so I decided to shave in the shower with the Blue Tip. Nice, fast easy shave with the fresh Wilkinson Blade. Then I had a nice dinner at Sparky's, one of my favorite Pubs.

Boy after the shave this morning I truely am! Fantastic shave and I'm just mystified why on earth people went to a plastic disposible over these... Oh well. I love em and when pressed for time or Army this is definately going to be my go to shave. One pass WTG is = to my disposible and when done with care is as close to my good str8's as can be.
BTW I love the Frame back! Beautiful. I'm going to try and pull out the W&B Faux I saved/restored for Mon. I almost didn't even try but at the 11th hour thought why not?
Dom that is one SICK razor!!!!!!! I love the style!

New Life for an old W&B Faux Frameback
W&B Faux Frameback 11/16-Col Conk Almond/Acca Kappa (ala Robert) in the DB 1.5-Ey Custom MM Silvertip
Well after a long day at work I decided to take a nice long hot shower followed by a try at the freshly honed W&B that I had saved from the garbage. Great shave and very nice with the Uber I made up with the Acca Kappa and CC almond. the DB 1.5 makes mounds of lather. I'm grateful I gave this another chance at life as it was so far gone when I got it I thought it done for. Not much left of the engraving and probably not worth much but It shaves fantastic. G10 scales in black and green with a bone wedge. It has lots of pitting in it but it fits this razor. Gives it character. Someday maybe give it to someone as a first time razor. Bulletproof and holds a great edge. I have to say I appreciate the Frameback style. I find them graceful. I know some people hate em but they seem to give the best of both worlds. Part wedge/part hollow. Cuts anything but still gives allot of feedback. Anyway I hope everyone has a great Mon and I should be on my normal schedule the rest of the week!"We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm."
