Good Morning Gentlemen
I hope you all had a good weekend
Today
Prep: Green tea with Orange, then Shower
Strop: SRD Premium 1 Leather, 30,70.
Brush: Muhle Pure Badger
Soap: Proraso
Razor: Dovo 6/8" Pearlex

Temperatures had started to drop slightly, but we were back up to 44˚C yesterday, hopefully it will cool off a bit soon.
It's great for drying off the razor, sadly the lather dries quickly too.
Anyway, good shave and great start to the day this morning.

Carl,
That certainly sounds like a good experiment, but sorry that it didn't quite cut the grass so to speak. Will there be tweaking of the mix to see how far you cn push it or is this where this ends?
Great shave with the Genco and nice work with the cable Jeff. I bet your "kid" 9as you call her) is on cloud 9, LOL

Wonderful razor EA. I hope temps drop for you too so you can enjoy a lasting lather. Your shaves must be rushed over the summers

Guys,
Enjoy this political cartoon by KAL. I'll have another one to share tomorrow
Tom,
I particularly thought of you (especially when you had mentioned that Germany sends all their money to Greece but get no razors in return .

My God, this was a sharp little wedgy blade! The Nick twins came by and visit (nothing serious though), Neil honed this blade and he must have finished on the Shapton GS 16k, one sharp and stiff blade this ... But I like it
... and this mornings coffee to go with the brush:

Monday
I liked my Sunday shave so much, that I just did a re-run.
A little bit faster today, but still sticky smooth.

Wow another ten minute weekend, they seem to come and go quicker all the time. A single pass shave was good enough, back to the salt mine I go.The older I get, the better I was
