    Thumbs up

What a day this was. Woke up, showered shaved and readied my post, but found out I had no wireless. AT&T had done an update the night prior and in the AM everything had to be reset including my router. Wired connection was working, so used my wife MBP to post my SOTD. As soon as I came to post about you guys' amazing shaves, the phone started ringing incessantly and emails started pouring in with all sorts of requests, collaborations and project proposals. I literally skipped breakfast (a rarity for me) and almost lunch. I also (almost) missed seeing my wife leave the house for her appointments in the AM. I was even looking forward to doing some Yoga (alas, plans change).

Anyways, mid afternoon things started to slow down just a bit and all pieces of the puzzle started to fit. I fixed our wireless issue and back online. I am a happy man. Good productive day.

I do apologize for not giving my usual comments for the day, but I did appreciate every one of 'em. Hope tomorrow won't be as crazy as today

Wowww José..What a treat that must have been. So, did he use the Shavette or real straight (the site shows a disposable of sorts)?

PS: I love this beautiful shot too. Very nice town. I already feel relaxed just looking at it. I love that region

My 1st experience with this cream and a nice clean result.
Its been unseasonally hot here today (26.5C) managed 45 hilly miles on my bicycle in the sunshine and the shave just finished off what has been a very pleasant day. I shall sleep well tonight, well after a little nightcap that is.
Ahhhh Nic. The good ol' Arlington. That is great stuff. Congrats on that acquisition. Enjoy the nightcap and have a great night's sleep

Congrats Tim...OBR is awesome stuff. Not to mention, John is a fine gentleman to deal with. he always sends samples with every order. Once I ordered a couple of 8oz AS from him and he sent me two 4oz AS of other scents.

OBR takes quite a bit of water...don't be water shy with this one.

I can't blame you..Congrats on this acquisition too. Of course, the fact that you picked it up from Rune is a great side effect too.

    .

    Locale: The throne room!
Music: Ten Years After - Sssssh
Prep: Hot Shower / Original Rhodes, Greece Olive Oil Soap / Virgin Olive Oil Face Rub
Razor: 9/16 Salamandar - Salamandar Werks Foche-Solengen (again)
    Hones: 3" chestnut leather
    Brush: Custom Silvertip
Post: Cold Water Splash - Alum
    Uber: TOBS Sandalwood
AS: Jock Soap Tall Drink AS Balm
Edt: Pinaud AS used as a Cologne
Result: 2 days of not shaving so I could let my face heal, and have a little more to shave off. I was ready too. I was beginning to have some withdrawals!! The Salamandar is still shaving fantastic. 3 passes and only a couple of weepers. The ATG pass on the neck left it as close to BBS as I'll ever get (until the next great shave anyway). I loved all the pics over the last 2 days. Keep it up men!

    Happy Shaves Men!!!!
