Sun September 25th - Sat October 1st
.
Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W Razor: Wade & Butcher 'The Celebrated' Extra Hollow Brush: Simpson Polo 10 - 2 band Soap: Ogallala Bay Rum Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel AS: Ogallala bayrum / sandalwood EDC: Elizabeth Arden / sandalwood Summary: After drooling over several W&B's this past week (not mine) I couldn't resist taking my W&B for a spin. It's for a good reason I consider this razor to be amongst my best shavers. BBS with no effort. Smooth, sharp and straight down to business. I went the whole Ogallala bay rum route. Shower, lather and AS splash. Divine. I ended up the evening outside with some Four Roses Bourbon and a delicious BBQ. The last week of September 2011. Let's rock 'n roll guys!

A beautiful smooth shave, two pass shave with minor touch up, I was going to bid on a British mint boxed Aristocrat on Ebay that ended a day or two ago, but couldn't force myself to part with £94, plus postage, even though it would probably be worth it to a few people, but not to me . that doesn't mean i.m not interested in a mint British Aristocrat, but not at those prices.

I don't think I'll ever see myself on page 1. I think I'd have to shave at 2 in the morning!!
This blade was a bit heavy for 1 day's worth of whiskers, but everything still came out smooth thanks to an uberlather of Mama' Bear's Beau Brummel, Bay Rum whipped shaving soap and some glycerin.
Have a great Sunday Gents!

Max,
Somehow I knew you were going to pull your W&B Extra Hollow today/last night. Yours looks absolutely stunning. Love the tang and the ever so slight smile on her. I wonder what I should shave with today, LOOOL?
Excellent shave to start the week D.
Béla,
I love your Livi my friend. Very nice scales too
Jamie,
Sorry to hear about the Aristocrat, but patience buddy. She will show up at a very reasonable price one of these days. Hang in there bro and keep your eyes peeled
Don't beat yourself up too much Tom...If you call that stupid, then I must be retarded for the kinds of things I do sometimes, LOOOL. Great shave gear today my friend
Otto,
One wouldn't expect anything less from this beauty. Well done
Birnando,
Some blades are sooooo nice that size literally means nothing. This beautiful Puma seems to fit that bill. Well done and a great choice
Angel,
Great choice of products today, but sorry to hear about the Spike's performance. I guess off to the hones she goes. That AS mix sounds interesting.
1st class shave today Antoni. I looooove that Henckels GH. She's in tip top shape too. Where on earth did you find her?
Excellent shave Jeff. Hope you had a great time at dinner
So, what you're saying is that you're a different man. Nice to meet the new Jack. beautiful transformative shave buddy. Love that razor
Nic,
Enjoy your lunch with family. George is not tired, he's deep into a trans as a result of that shave. Great job
Kalerolf,
Wunderbar. Beautiful blade too
Tim,
What so special about ending up on page 1?? Everyone gets equal exposure no matter where they end up. After all, this is not like a newspaper where page 1 is the most important news. All pages are Super special. Which brings me to your SOTD; BEAUTIFULLY DONE BUDDY. I think that "heavy" blade is perfect.
Fabulous razor that Berg Mikael...and that brush? just lovely (where's mine??? I hate customs and the post office. They're probably enjoying it, LOL)
Andrej,
What a glorious shave. Congratulations on all fronts, not just the H&R and Penhaligon. EVERYTHING was just perfect in this one. What a day indeed. I am loving it
Rene,'Congrats...she's a beauty. Hmmm. First Max, then you. I wonder who's next, LOOL?
Beautiful Sunday shave BM
Woaaaahhhh Domic. You pulled out all the stops on this one, eh buddy? BIUUUUUUUUTIFUL. Love that brush man and the AJ? You said it. She rocks. Love the design
Now, that's what I call an irritation-free shave. Well done EA
You evil evil man...I had just begun to forget about the Globusmen and you go and bring her up? Not fair man, LOOOOOOL. She's a beauty...seriously!!! with all her gold wash etc.
Hey Joe,
I love it...How do you like that SRD Jlang Jlang?
