Today's shave was early so I can run to the airport and pick up my niece.

I picked up this Fromm off the bay for 23 bucks including shipping. It looked like the factory edge so I did the 4k/8k/12k Crox and strop. Did a nice job and for 23 bucks, how can you beat it.

Today's photo is the place I shave. Extra bathroom, nothing fancy. I took the photo before clean-up just after I shaved. So, let see what your SOTD looks like just after your SOTD!!

Lather: Prairie Creations, Tahitian Amber "on the face"
Brush: Solid Brass Vintage restore with a 20mm Silvertip
Strop: 25/50 Illinios #827
Razor: 6/8 Livi Regrind
Shave: Multi-directional pass with a clear water touch up
Post Shave: 444 Aftershave Balm

Results: An amazingly close, and very, very, corforable shave, I really concentrated today on shaving a Western style razor, using a Kamisori touch Barely skimming the lather and letting the edge do all the work..

Now it's family time with Norwegian Idol on the TV and a glass of Barbera D'Alba (Italian red wine) Wishing all of you a great, relaxing Friday !!
