Monday
Good Morning,
Well it would seem that word has got around, there appears to be a free for all in my bathroom.
This one made a bad choice with this Lord DE (old style head), it's not the best.
Me, I went with a straight.

Very nice shaves, everyone. Even though today was an offday after a BBS yesterday, I have to admit I was still tempted to get the gear out because of the inspiration in here.

A super BBS shave after two days growth, i'm off to post a few razors I honed for a member on TSR this morning, missed out on a couple of razors on the Bay, nothing special though, as I always say there will be another 20 on the Bay next week, I am rarely dissapointed losing a auction, anyway my excitement builds waiting on a brush I designed and sent off to Bill of 'Le Tuft' brushes to make using his magical Wizardry.

Thanked: 485Monday
Not a BAD day, I guess, for a Monday... Eagerly waiting for my new razor (a Schulze) while considering buying a Neil Miller restored 'John Hall' I am in LOVE with. It’d be the most expensive I’ve ever bought and my final (no, I’m SERIOUS, my FINAL!!!). Might have to sell several vintage cameras to get it though.
Today’s shave was interesting. Don’t you HATE the look of blood in your shave cream as you wipe the razor on your wash cloth? It looks like failure.
The W&b did a fine job, though I came to the conclusion that a BBS shave is impossible for me. There’s that little spot on the ‘corner’ of my jaw that will just NEVER be BBS, even after three passes. I decided that BBS is over rated, so there!
I love the way the edge of the Wade and Butcher shines in the light as I strop it, and I also love its slight smile. It’s art, really....
PS, sorry for the recycled picy, but it IS relevant...(the W&B pictured against a 1942 Black and White 8mm print of "The Mummy" projected onto my bedroom wall using a Noris (1948) projector...
