    Monday

Not a BAD shave today, but nothing very exciting. Could be I’m getting a little bored with this newest obsession.

I’m finding the new razor (Schulze Wiener Schaber) a little too small. Maybe I should change my thumb position to allow more use of the heel?

First day back at the gym (other than a brief holiday session) after six months of no motivation. Not TOO bad, a new gym, with mainly machines (I like free weights better; free weights, a Smith machine, lat pulldown machine, low pulley row, somewhere to do dips and chinups) is all I need. Maybe also a leg press machine. However the new gym was adequate.

The shave was alright the razor fresh off the Shapton 16k and 30/70 on the strop (x2).

    Razor: Schulze
    Pre Shave: Proraso
    Cream: La Toja
    ASB: Witch Hazel
After Shave : Truefitt and Hill Trafalgar

Cheers! It's a 8/8, that brush dwarfs most shaving gear though, it's a gigant

Default Neglected Razor Week Part 2

    Strop: MickR's Roo Hide
    Brush: Silvertip Badger In Cocobolo
    Cream: CF Lime
    Razor: Joseph Rodgers 6/8
    Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel
    Balm: C.O. Bigelow Mentha
    A/S: Wahl Bay Rum
The Rodgers is another razor that really doesn't get out enough. I need to use it more, its a great shaver and a beautiful one too.
The CF Lime was another sample from Rene, and another Winner . This stuff is awesome in many ways. Man it lathered up easy, smelt great, performed superbly and left my face feeling fantastic.
    A SWEEEET shave tonight.

    Prep: Hot shower
Brush: Neep, 24 mm extra stuffed silvertip
    Razor: Samson, David Issard
    Soap: La Toja
    AS: Ogallala, Limes and Peppercorns

Pitty they'll stop making this soap, it's very nice and you can almost feel the salty mineral content
