Week of November 27 SOTD - Monday
Pre-Shave: Hot shower Brush: 24mm Morris & Forndran, 2-band Blonde Badger Razor: 11/16" J.A. Henckels #50, Full Hollow Ground, Spike Point Edge Refresh: 5 (light) laps on CrOx-treated Premium IV leather Strop: 0/60 laps (Tony Miller Heirloom Horsehide) Soapreme: Al Raz Custom "Spicy" Shave Creme + Heslinger "Honey" Shave Soap + Glycerin Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose, no alcohol) After Shave/Cologne Splash: Floïd Italian Blue After Shave Balm: RazoRock AS Wax Cologne: Acca Kappa "Muschio Bianco" EdT Results: One can never go wrong with a Henckels. Today's shave with the #50 was no exception. After a quick edge refresher on CrOx, this baby was ready for action. The concoction with Al's shave creme and the Heslinger soap produced an amazingly rich and lubricant lather, and filled the den with a complex and spicy aroma. What a prep and what a shave . Life is good and my face is HS (Henckel Smooth).
Have a FABULOUS Monday gentlemen.
