Thumbs up Sun November 27th - Sat December 03rd

    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
    Razor: Maxtom 9/8
    Brush: C2 - 2 Band
    Soap: MDC
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel
    AS: Aramis
    EDT: Aramis
Summary: I love the Martin De Candre soap. It lathers like the dickens, protects and nourishes my skin like no other and gives me a wonderful glide and protection. It is by far one of my best soaps. The C2 brush works wonders too. It handles and performs like a 911 Carrera 4 GTS. The 9/8 Maxtom gave me that sharp, smooth silent killer shave. And what's not to love with the classic Aramis scent. I'm happy, the wife's happy and Vivi's happy.
Have a great upcoming month of December. We need to finish the year with a bang and we're already so ahead.

    Sunday

The third day of being sans Goatee which came off Friday. I’m still getting used to shaving my chin. The hair there is thicker and coarser than on my cheeks. I’m not really happy with the smoothness of the chin this morning. Do you guys actually get a BBS on the chin, i.e. when you rub your fingers up against the grain do you not feel any hair? I’m not sure if I should resort to the DE on the chin as a matter of standard practice. I’ll try it with the W&B tomorrow; the Klas Törnblom is a little difficult to get a nice ATG pass with as it’s so light and thin. I did do a couple of XTG passes on the chin though, and even a little bit of ATG on the neck.

I think the La Toja cream and the Clubman aftershave are my ‘desert island choices’.

After the shave I took the dog for a walk at the spot shown below the SOTD picture just up the road from my house. I do love living here; I'd hate to live in the suburbs but each to their own...

    Have a great Sunday, everyone...

    Razor: Klas Törnblom, Ivory Scales
    Pre Shave: Proraso
    Cream: La Toja
    ASB: None
    After Shave : Pinaud Clubman

Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

What better way than with a great shave Just got the brush today from a friend who works at C&E and thought I needed one, also had to take the 58 for its first run on my money maker. feel smooth, smell good, still think its F'n idiotic for vampires to glitter....

Never thought I would post one, but here is my DE SOTD, enjoy!

    It's tradition.
Yesterday my wife decorated all rooms.

I take my Bow for a smooth Sunday-shave.
