Thanks very much, for both of the comments. By the way, that's a really cool travel shaving box you have there; are you on the move again? You seem to really get around!

    Prep: Hot shower
    Brush: Muhle, 25 mm silvertip
    Razor: Otto Busch
    Soap: Provence Santé
AS: TOBs no 74 + Lucky Tiger face tonic
    Strops: Neil Miller

Super soft tips and excellent ability to hold water but not a floppy monster, I like this brush.

All the best to Carl junior and a BIG congrats tomorrow!

Ah, good catch Robert! That would be me being in a hurry and not erasing all of my prior SOTD info (I save over the same document everyday so I can just quickly copy and paste). Oops

Glad to see you feeling better Carl. Give Bailey Birthday wishes from all of the SOTD brothers!

Thank you, the box, is a little heavy for air travel, but I like to take it on overnight camps in the desert here. I am going to London for 12 days or so over Christmas to catch up with my family.

Wostenholm Frameback | Xpec | Thäter Fan | Sabon | Xpec

The absolute lap of luxury today. Sheffield steel played very well with the Xpec! And the Thäter whipped up the most moist and luxurious lather one could ever imagine. Aside from the wonderful scent and the luxurious lather, this cream really leaves my face feeling very moist. The Sabon sealed the skin and the Xpec is a treat to wear all day long. I'm ready to go file a pleading in federal court and then to the office for a settlement conference. The real fun of the day/weekend starts this evening when I pick my father up. He's visiting for the first time in 3 1/2 years so we can go to the Army-Navy football game this weekend. Should be a great time!
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Wasn't really much to shave this morning because of a late shave yesterday. Just a touch up really but it went like this:
    Prep: Hot Shower
Razor: 1960 Gillette Fat Boy @7
    Brush: VDH Boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    AS: Aqua Velva Classic

A single North-South pass was good enough to reset to yesterdays BBS shave. A Naviera espresso and a large Churchill cigar then out the door I go. Have a great one fellas!
The older I get, the better I was
