Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W Razor: H.H. Klot Brush: Simpson Chubby 2 - 2 band Soap: MWF Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel ASB: Nivea Extra sensitive EDC: Acca Kappa Cedro Summary: Today I attended my stepdaughter's graduation so I was pretty tired when I got home late afternoon. We did go for some excellent Thai food after the graduation ceremony. Went straight to take a shower/shave and was still able to get enough sunlight for my SOTD picture. I always love those last 30 minutes before total sunset. A full test shave with a razor I had never heard or shaved with before. Typical hollow ground Solingen with the sharp and smooth features. I went the full 3 rounds to relax and stay in my Zen mode. I can't believe we are 2 weeks away from the new year. So far this ride with all my SOTD brothers has been of the highest caliber. Thanks for that. Enjoy the new week.

EA Berg
Good day gentlemen!
Today’s shave was with my freshly honed 4/8 Erik Anton Berg. This is the smallest razor I’ve had the pleasure of shaving with to date. Since I restored it a little while ago I’ve been looking forward to the shave, and it certainly lived up to expectations. Nimble, light and keen, this little E.A. performed superbly - if perhaps a little harsh (a few laps on CrOx should solve that for next time). The razor did glide over a few whiskers at times but I think that is a result of my unfamiliarity with such a ‘weightless’ blade.
The Berg was coupled with Proraso cream and pre/post shave balm, Thayer’s Witch Hazel and of course my fantastic SRP Thater fan.
Can’t believe Christmas is just a week away now!
All the best for the day ahead guys – EF.

Razor: Bob Allman P.O.C. 8/8

The Bob Allman Custom is finally off the touch-up pile. Its been there for quite a while, and so some of the newer guys to SOTD will not have seen this beauty before.
Its so much fun to shave with, as long as you keep a firm grip her.
I enjoyed 3 slow passes with the with the great L'Occitane lather and the result was pure BBS.
Christmas is nearly upon us, I feel its going to be a busy week
Thanks for all the great posts and pics gentlemen.

With the friendship and brotherhood of the SOTDers, the ride was bound to be spectacular! Thank you Max, and thank you to all who post here!
