    Thursday

    Dovo Prima
    Vie Long Horse/Badger
    Nanny's Rasage Traditionnel Soap
    Alum
    Old Spice Whitewater

A great shave, the soap was a belated Christmas present from my sister along with a cake of Sandalwood. She bought 2 cakes but only 1 tin, presumably expecting me to use up one before starting the other............
What a strange and alien concept, but a truly great present as Nanny's soaps are outstanding.
    Regards
    Nic

You go and have a great time! If I went, I'd wind up divorced.

Prep: Warm face wash in glycerin soap; Shave Secret pre-shave oil (I love the clove and eucalyptus)
Lather: Proraso green with a Tweezerman badger brush; 50 cent stainless steel bowl from Ikea
Shave: Parker SR1 Shavette; Derby SE blade
ABS: Styptic stick for nicks; light coat of pure Aloe Vera; Skin Bracer from Mennon

I know it sounds simplistic, but I am a newbie. This is only my 7th shave. I am in heaven so far!!!

    Strop: Illinois 835
    Brush: Comoy Badger
    Cream: TOBS Lemon & Lime
    Razor: Bengall 6/8
    Toner: Thayer's Lemon Witch Hazel
    Balm: Nivea Replenishing
    A/S: Aqua Velva
I still have a hand full of samples that Rene sent me which I haven't tried yet, but I keep coming back to The TOBS Lemon & Lime. It's not just the performance, I absolutely love the smell.
It kind of reminds me of fish & chips on the beach on a summer afternoon..
The Bengall gave me a nice 3 pass BBS, but I will give it a few laps next time I have the hones out.
