    Prep: hot shower
    Brush: Simpson, Polo 14
    Razors: C V Heljestrand M K no: 8 + GEM Junior
Super lather: Dr Harris Almond + Arko cream
    AS: Mennen SB
    Edt: Eucris
Strops: Neil Miller + Tony Miller
    Result: Very, very clean

Excellent shave, snooker clean all over Brush's so nice and it's actually so large it keeps the lather warm longer, once it has been warmed up by the scuttle.

The Invicta has been in pieces for 3-4 weeks now. I wasn't happy with the pinning on one side of the wedge pin, so I took it completely apart to re-pin the whole lot and used different washers this time. While I was at it I ordered some Micro-Mesh and polished the scales to a new level. She looks great now.
After all that I though the edge would need a little refresh, so it went on the Coticules and then the Thuri.
    The shave was SUPERB.
A 2 pass BBS, and what a great way to start the SOTD

Thanks for all the great posts and pics fellas, and have a great week.

    Good morning Gentlemen!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Haryali badger
    Soap: Proraso Green Tea
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
Razor: Mystery razor, 5/8 half hollow
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Home made Fougere
Notes: I gave this razor a refresh on my travel oozuku, I am having a lot of fun comparing my different finishers. Coming off the oozuku it needs a proper and very different stropping than of most of my other hones. I managed to tame it enough so it was crispy sharp without being too harsh, great BBS 2-pass shave. The fougere is perfect for a cold winter day.
