Tons of lather from the Body Shop Macca Root cream, a cool buzz from the Proraso Pre-Shave and a burn free splash of Thayers to round things off, smooth in three.

    Have a great week gentlemen!
Good luck with your move. I really think you should sent that razor to me for safe keeping in you move. Wouldnt want anything to happen to her. She is a beauty.

    Razor – Japanese Western, Tamahagane
    Brush – Semouge boar
    Soap – Cella
AST – ALUM & Dickinson witch hazel
    Good morning;
I am testing out a couple blades before they go home to new owners. Finished up with my beautiful Japanese Tamahagane western grind. Max did his magic with the horn scales on this one and it is a perfect match. A truly one of a kind razor. I am spoiled by the shave. The origami ball is from Mr. Akira Yamashita. Have a great week all.

Note: Had a 2 day growth and the W&B decimated any whisker it come in contact with. I get such pleasure mowing several days worth of beard.

Great job as always guys on the pics.

Post Week of February 26 SOTD - Sunday

    AN OSCAR WORTHY SHAVE

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
    Brush: 23mm Shavemac Silvertip Badger
Maxterpiece: 6/8" Wyeth "Trade Mark Warranted", 1/2 hollow (stiff) ground, Round Point (w/ Bone Linen Micarta scales + Black Paper Micarta wedge)
Honing (Refresh): 5 laps on CrOx leather
Strop: 5/45/70 laps (Torolf Linen / SRD Premium IV English Bridle leather / Ambrose Horsehide ClÃsico leather)
Soapreme: RazoRock "Ltd. Ed." Shave Creme + Mama Bear's "Almond" Shave Soap + Glycerin
Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose, no alcohol)
    After Shave Splash: Proraso AS
    Cologne: Acca Kappa "1869" EdT
After Shave Balm: eShave "Almond" ASB
Results: Both wife and I have been sporting a cold for a few days now , but it seems like it's the tail end of the viral life cycle. This was written on the walls; running hard for a few months and being bombarded and exposed to "sick" people will test anyone's immune system. THE BAD: we have quarantined ourselves and will not be seeing family this week. THE GOOD: This shave was fabulously refreshing. Despite a stiffer grind, this Wyeth is a terrific performer and she can certainly hold a fantastic edge. Loved the über I made with RR & MB combo. Smoooth and BBS and ready for the Oscar's tonight (Go Billy).

Have an FABULOUS week ahead gentlemen .

Sunday always seems to bring the best out of everyone. It's razor porn at its best!

I'm off to a recovery from last night's party. 32 Belgians together around an abundance of imported Palm and Stella flowing through a beer tap. Not to mention the Belgian endive wrapped in ham with cheese au gratin we had for diner.

All the face freezing goodness I remember from the Iced Sub-zero. After the cold water rinse, my face was thoroughly frostbitten.
