    Razor: 6/8 Hart Steel
    Prep: hot water, Barbasol
    Brush: van der Hagen boar
    Soap: Via shave cream
    A/S: witch hazel, Joop Homme
Results: Decent shave. The aftershave brought the burn today. I'm mostly BBS, but I think my angles were a little off today.

Jrabi, yes, I really like this razor. I'll probably get back to the rest of my rotation at some point...

Bela, there's something familiar about that razor, LOL.

And Grant - wow, nice razor.

    Sunday Shave

    Shower, Stephan's, Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Custom Badger
    Castle Forbes Lavender
    Filarmonica Doble Temple 13,
    Hone: 1K,3k,5k,8k,12K
    SRDP1, 20 laps on .25 diamond Spray, 20 laps .5 CrOx, 50 felt, 50 leather
    1959 Fat Boy, Wilkinson blade

After reading Max's shave of the day today I wanted to try the Str8/DE shave as well. I honed up this Fily I picked up yesterday and then went 1st pass St8, 2nd pass DE, third pass Str8. I must say, it was a great shave, very smooth.
    Hockey this afternoon, GO DEVILS!!!

I am suffering through a terrible head / chest cold, and am in rough shape, but thought I'd take some time for a nice Sunday shave.

    Prep - Hot shower
Razor: Torrey 6/8 round tip - I think its a half hollow?
    Brush: Badger
Cream: home-made Cedar and Lemon SC
Post: Thayer's, Anthony's Gold Red Cedar AS, Nivea ASB
    EDT: L'Occitane Vetyver

I will need to post some photos of this Torrey. It is very quiet - almost shaves like my W&B wedge - no toast scraping sound at all. It has no jimps and has some heft to it. For $12 its a pretty good razor.

Ready to head off for a sunday afternoon walk with my wife, and enjoy some Vancouver sunshine.

    Enjoy the week gents.

Awesome shaves from all today, Gents!

I am always glad when this unusual Cattaraugus Green Lizard comes up in rotation. With a big, beefy tang and a 13/16 blade, I jokingly call it "For Lizard Barbers only" !
Stropped on Neil Miller bridle leather on my Lipshaw Microtome strop, Musgo lime soap preshave with SRD Lime stirred by a Thater made for a fine, catfish-belly smooth shave!

Everyone have a healthy and productive week to come! That's an Order!
