    Prep: Hot shower
Brush: 21 mm silvertip in oak by Henk
    Razor: Bartmann
    Soap: Dutch moss by Henk
    AS: Professor B's Grapewood
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean

Love the scent of Henks soap and this 21 mm brush is all you really need, even though I brought out the big 15/16 Bartmann gun to go with it. Nice Wiener Schnabel Carl!

    Razor: 5/8 John S. Holler
Prep: hot water, Barbasol, AOS unscented pre-shave oil
    Brush: van der Hagen (boar)
    Soap: AOS unscented shave cream
A/S: AOS after-shave balm, Joop Homme
    Result: A great shave
I stopped at the AOS store to check it out yesterday. I grabbed a brush stand while I was there, and the salesman added a free sample to my bag. I was expecting this stuff to be decent, but overpriced. I found it to be very nice, especially the shave cream. It might still be overpriced (hey, it's a retail store compared to online prices), but it's good stuff.

I like AOS shave creams. I don't think they are overpriced either, no shipping.

Thanks for the offer, Jeff, but it's a bit late. The hearing starts in about 1:45... I don't even think you can make it to Hawaii in that short time.
