Thanked: 1072Strop: MickR's Roo Hide
Uber: Tabac Soap, Tabac Cream, Glycerin
Brush: Frank's Shaving Fine Badger
Razor: Kropp 6/8
Astringent: Thayer's
Balm: Nivea Replenishing
A/S: Wahl Bay Rum
I arrived home from work this afternoon, to find an empty house. While the wife & kids were out I decided to take the opportunity for a quiet shave.
I haven't used the Kropp for a long time and wasn't sure how it would perform against a 3 day growth.
Happy to report it's performance was top notch. Managed to get 3 passes in before the family pulled into the garage, with an absolute BBS result.
Thanks for the great posts and pics fellas

Brush: Simpson Polo
Razor: Curla, Kayser Ellisons Best Silver steel
Soap: Nanny French Lavender
AS: Floris Santal
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Uberclean
During the shave I was thinking: "it doesn't seem to be anything special about this Kayser Ellison steel", now when I'm sitting and touching my ultra clean face I'm thinking: "Wow". I love Dr Harris Sandalwood, it's old school British gentleman AS and Floris Santal's a modern British ditto and excellent stuff as well.

Good to be home Shave
I arrived home yesterday to find the Bob Allman razor waiting for me. I was exhausted from a week long trip that had me running from one place to another in horrible conditions. Anyway, all went well since my daughter is thrilled with her new place and she is ready to tackle grad school (I am a proud Daddy).
Too tired to shave last night so I just showered (no water pressure in Florida so the shower was welcome also) and went to sleep. After having several goo/multi-blade shaves I am ready for the Allman
Hot shower, Stephan's,Warm oil
Dirty Bird Scuttle
Custom badger
La Toja Shave soap with a little glycerine
Bob Allman Custom, 8/8 full hollow, barber's notch, Scales are bone that has been dyed ox blood.
Razorock Aluminum
Aramis After Shave
Aramis After Shave Balm
What can I say but wonderful. My wife and daughter love the color of the scales. I'll post more later but I am off to Philadelphia to take my daughter to the airport for her School trip to Italy. I always laugh at the school part but I do believe there is so much more to education than sitting in a class room.
