Day before yestedays shave and one of the closest ever. This razor took a mean edge and I wasn't going to bring it to our country stay, but somehow it followed along and it screamed to be honed, so I honed her yesterday and it was a lovely shave, indeed - C V Heljestrand no 7:

I've forgotten how many shaves i've had using this Pro blade but it's certainly more than 10 and there's no sign of this blade slowing up yet, as always great shave from the Feather.

The enigma that is MW soap reemerged. My past few shaves with it, I'd gotten good lather. Today, in the amount of time it took me to put down my brush and grab the straight, the lather was already breaking down significantly. Halfway through my first pass, I looked over at the brush sitting there on the counter and you would have sworn it had not touched the soap yet because there was no lather apparent on it. Despite the lather consistency, I had no problems with the shave, emerging from the den with a BBS face and supple/moisturized skin. I don't understand, but I'm not going to complain as long as the results are this good!He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
