Carl, I think I figured out the problem. If you're doing the whole shaving thing right, there's really not supposed to be much hair left on your face for you to apply tonic to...

Hmmm. There's not a GREAT deal left on the head these days, either. However, I'm hoping the Hair Tonic can make my hair like this guy's...(my son)...Clearly he's as weird as his father...

    Razor: Robeson Suredge
    Brush: Jade handled boar
    Soap: Mama Bear's Honeysuckle
AS: Thayers Rose followed by Brut
Result: Fantastic shave today. The Robeson took care of my stubble in two easy passes. The Honeysuckle soap was nothing short of amazing. Follow it up with no sting from the classic Brut and I'm ready to go.

Cheers Carl! I was very happy when I got the opportunity to buy it for a good price, from a valued friend and member of a general wet shaving forum in the UK ... Funny thing's we've got a POP band in Sweden called "the Hives", very good and very energetic (in a good way) band, I think.
