Thanked: 1072Strop: MickR's Roo HideGrant
Brush: Silvertip Badger in Cocobolo
Soap: MWF
Razor: Bengall 11/16
Astringent: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Balm: Nivea Replenishing
Pretty awful shave tonight to be honest. I've had a hard time getting a great edge on this Bengall and last night I gave it a little touch up.
didnt help much, infact it may be worse. It's got me scratching my head a little actually. I'll try it again next week.
We're off to Sydney in the morning to visit family, so I may not be around much over the next week
So enjoy your weekends guys and I'll see you when I see you.

Hot shower prep
Pre shave: Proraso
Razor: James Codfer "Celebrated Razor"
Soap: Bigelow

Someone really loved the old blade 'cause he rescaled it with wood and saddle rivets. Still a good shaver after a couple years since honing.

Thanked: 13246Wooohoooo Friday go to town Shave!!!
So I got to shave one of my own razors this morning, been a very busy week+ for me so I haven't seen much of my razors lately...
Prep: Hot shower and Noxema left on the face
Brush: Silvertip Restore
Soap: SRD Bulgarian Otto Rose
Strop: SRD Premium 1 25/50
Razor: Wacker
Shave: 1 Multidirectional pass, clear water touch up
A/S: Thayers Rose
This razor was honed last at the Yakima meet up with Garrit's FASO waterstone as a finisher, my first shave with it a few months back was just a tiny bit off for my face, so last night I stropped it with some .10 CBN on a Roo hide strop 10 laps, and then re-stropped it on an Illinois #627 50/100... The shave today was much more to my liking
Results: DFSS I'll let you guys figure that one out
