    Default Early Sunday Shave.

    Early Sunday Shave.

    Warm Shower, Stephan's, Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Custom Badger Brush
    Taylor's Lemon Lime Shave Cream
Maxtom, Spanish Point, 13/16,3/8 Hollow,G10 Jade Ghost tapered with a Bloody Red Jasper Recon Stone tapered wedge
    Ambrose Strop, 100 laps
    Razorock Aluminum
    Stephan's Island Lime AS
    Vaseline for men

Went to see the new "Skyfall" the new James Bond Movie. I am happy to report that in the movie he shaves with a Str8, we learn he like some things the "Old fashioned Way." He also puts the Aston Martin DB5 back into use and they blow it up. I hope it was not an original Aston Martin DB5. It would bring me to tears as I am a Bond fan for many years.

    Anyway, nice shave.

    Enjoy the day.

    Razor – John Cockhill wedge
    Brush – HESS Favorite# 5
    Soap – MWF
    AST – ALUM
    AS – HESS Sweet pea
Talc – Caswell Massey, Jockey Club

The Cockhill is close to a near wedge as it can get. Sometimes for a treat I chill this blade between passes by dipping in ice water. It feels great and helps to reduce the chance of irritation on the ATG pass. The talc is applied with a vintage HESS Barbers favorite brush. Helps to take away any shine and smells good too. Have a great week fellas.
