Thanked: 485Monday
Sunday was Remembrance Day here, but with all the military themed pictures today I couldn’t resist.
The shave was with the ever faithful W&B; only a middling shave, though. Movember is starting to annoy me. Why does the moustache, beard, etc configuration I shaved off for ONE day itch me so much now after 12 days? Hmmm? It was only gone for ONE day and now it’s acting like it’s a brand new beard on some sort of facial hair newbie!
Body shop Macca Root was alright, I guess. I applied the normal regime of Bay Rum based products. The drive to work was maudlin, no music, current affairs; talking of the new leaders in China. Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout but still feeling Sunday’s in my legs and gluteus maximus.
Razor: Wade and Butcher | Cream: Body Shop Macca | After Shave: D R Harris Bay Rum | Hair Tonic: Pashana
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Delorme Charleston | Vulfix Lime | Semogue Boar | AdP Balsam ASB | Tauer Vetiver Dance
Most of these are products that have never really clicked for me. No matter how many times I try the boars, I just still prefer a badger. The Vulfix cream, while easy to lather, just doesn't do much for me in the protection department, and the Delorme is smooth, but I just don't go for the smaller blades. Despite the kit being less than optimal for me, I was BBS in two passes. Of course, my face doesn't feel as nice as normal because of the choices I made, but it's proof that with good technique, you can get a decent shave with any operable gear in your bag!He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
