Thanked: 1072Strop: MickR's Roo Hide
Soap: Cella
Brush: Comoy Badger
Razor: The Bastard 7/8 File Razor
Astringent: Thayer's W/H
Balm: Nivea Replenishing
A/S: Wahl Bay Rum
I've just been trying to dial in the edge on this razor. I took it back to the BBW, followed by Coti, then a few laps on the Chrome Ox Balsa strop.
Pretty happy with where the edge is now, nice and smooth.
A two pass DFS.
Thanks for the great posts and pics fellas

Prep: 9 mile run, warm shower
Brush: AoS Pure Badger
Cream: C.O. Bigelow
Bowl: Hand Made Japanese mortar
Razor: Dovo 5/8 black diamant with white ebony scales
Strop: SRD paddle strop
Shave: two passes WTG and XTG (ATG for be neck)
AS: proraso
ASB: AoS Unscented
Results: I had a 8 mile run on my schedule , but I listened to the wife and changed my starting point ("because it will be easier")and it added a mile to my runAfter my run I wanted to try the Vintage Tally- Ho lavender I won on eBay, it wasn't good it lost its scent and it gained the smell of someones attic. So i ditched the tally ho And decided to treat my self to nice cooling shave. It was a fantastic shave and I'm on leave so it will be a few days before I shave again.

I am struggling to get an edge on this blade due to an unfortunate warped grind. Both ends are great but the middle is rather middling...3 passes to a DFS and I will have to give this edge another go. (Luckily I am stubborn, and in the infamous words of Bugs"You know of course this means war!")
