Thumbs up Sun December 02nd - December 08th

    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
Razor: 'Blue Diamond' Grah & Plumacher
    Strop: 'Bison Made' Cordovan
    Brush: 'C2
    Lather: 'SRD' Bulgarian Rose
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel
    Coral Skin Food
    ASW: Razorock

Heavenly. That's the only word that comes in mind when using SRD's Bulgarian Rose. The scent, lather and overall performance are top notch. I only needed a 2 pass shave to get BBS as I had just honed up the Blue Diamond. The Razorock, well, it just rocks. Love it. Looking back at my shave I can say it was Nirvana.

Lads, the first week of December is upon us. Enjoy!

I will consider this my Birthday shave since I do not think it will be getting better than this. Plus, I have class in the morning so I will probably just do a quick DE shave or none at all. Man, what a shave today. I was starting to discount shave oils but I am beginning to suspect that my technique has improved enough to enjoy the benefits of them. Included is a pic of my missionary service. Yeah, I was one of those annoying buggers trying to give away a book and dunk a few people. That was about 15 years ago. I wonder, how did I get so fat?

    Great Show to-day, Gentlemen!

Nice and smooth shave with an old Greaves. It is amazing how the find of an oldie with no visible wear hones up simply and shaves as it was intended! Silent Beard-Killer!

May a productive and enjoyable week be in store for All!
