A late shave for me today, but none the less a lovely two pass smooth shave.

Thanked: 375Razor: Hand Made by me, Astra blade double stacked| Brush: Finest Badger Hand Made by me | Soap: Palmolive stick (Rum inspired my use of this today) | AS: Alum, Nivea Q10 lotion, Nivea Balm Q10
Double stacking the blades has really smoothed out this razor, I'm sure it's changed the angle of the blade, gave it some rigidity and reduced the blade gap, not sure if it's the sum of all three or just one particular thing. But it works and works well!

Today, Dawned bright and cold, no snow on the ground to stay...yet! Last night was first honing for this blade. First time finishing on a Zulu! After I got the shave angle right, I received a close and comfortable shave in two passes. Since the blade was all but new, I did one layer of tape all through the progression. More blades this week on the “Zulu Grey;” no real opinions yet.
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

This "hollow" razor aren't hollow, more like a 1/2 hollow stiff Sheffield blade, if I ever saw one - but it's a very nice shaver, even though the "hollow" part doesn't hold true
Bill: Fantastic photo, well done!
