    Wednesday evening
Filarmonica Sub Cero 14 razor - La Toja sc - Silvertip Badger brush - cold water splash - Floid ASB - Mitchell's Lanolin - Floid mentolado vigoroso

As known already perhaps, I don't shave two days in a row normally, but today was an exception. Tomorrow is customer contact day and today my Sinterklaas gift (from me) arrived. A Sub Cero 14 from Filarmonica. A truely awesome blade. It was sold as NOS and I think that's very true. I stropped a few laps on red and more laps on bare leather, just to make sure I was dealing with something good. It all worked out perfect. The La Toja lather held up superb and this razor is excellent! It will not leave the rotation for sure!

It's been a hectic week running up to a hectic weekend! I decided to pull out a razor that I've not quite figured out yet. The Shumate Shure-Edge "New Science Concave" is a bellied full hollow. I think I still need to tweak the edge a bit to get it's maximum potential, but I still got a great two-pass BBS shave when I paired it with some vintage Yardley SS.

Thanks Joe. I keep hoping that if I post enough pictures eventually I'll become somebody!

    Pre - Alum block
Strop - 3 inch bridle leather with hard felt
Brush - SOC 2 band badger
    Razor - Puma 18 8/8
Soap - Vitos Red+TBS Macca Root with 6 drops glycerin and 1 drop lanolin
    Scuttle - Robert Beckker
Post - Alum block followed with Thayers witch hazel

Maiden voyage for this razor and it gave a smooth, comfortable and close 3 pass shave. Just like any other well honed full hollow Solingen blade should. She is a loud one like my full hollow DDs. Can't ask for more. Hope your shave goes well too and the rest of your day also.

    A Puma 8/8?
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen one of those. Would you be willing to post a picture of that?

Iced water splash, Boker Barber Tip, VDH Boar, Mitchell's Wool Fat, Skin Bracer, CK Obsession

This razor is certainly not the prettiest girl at the dance but man, can she ever move. Another nice two pass ice water shave.
