Pre - Alum block
Strop - 3 inch bridle leather with hard felt
Brush - Semouge 1350 boar
Razor - DD Special No.1
Soap - Cella+Palmolive cream and 6 drops of glycerin and 1 drop lanolin
Scuttle - Robert Becker
Post - Alum block followed with Thayers witch hazel
The rescue DD and uber lather combo gave an excellent shave. It don't get much better. Have a great day and even better shave.

Yes, I stacked two blades. It really calmed the razor down and smoothed it out. I would compare it to shaving with an EJ DE now.
