Hot rinse
Coconut hair conditioner
TAGMSC soap
5/8 Lewis roundpoint (thanks Toxic, it's a great little shaver)
Quick warm rinse and a quite a few cold rinses
Witch hazel with citrus essential oil splash
A few minutes later waiting for skin to dry ..
TAGMSC a/s milk
Joseph Arboud Cologne
A mint shave, thanks in part to one of the new blades bought from Toxic recently (the other one being the Kessar 5/8 squarepoint with purpleheart scales which I really like).
No irritation or burn, no nicks, just a great shave needing a quick cross grain with the Quattro because I still haven't got the underchin cross grain pass nailed yet. Soon, soon ..
Thanks Toxic

After a round of friendly Skype banter with Nenad, Randy and Theo (we might have gone a bit hard on Randy ) I received some visitors for a short period of time and finally gave myself a Taylor-shave with Desert Ironwood. My face feels like it never grew hair

Hot shower...
Diamondine 5/8
Van Der Hagen boar brush
and......
Cavendish Black!!!!
What a great soap (both the bath and shaving).... great scent and lather, nice and slippery resulting in a very smooth shave. Not BBS yet but not having to finish up with the DE anymore either.
Can't wait to try the Leatherneck and Highlander I also got today (big thanks to Colleen for making such fine soaps).

Shower etc
Kent 50/50 Badger/boar brush
Kruidvat shave cream
TI 7/8 silversteel red stamina
Axel Schaab's homemade bayrum with added peppermint oil.
Beautifull. I was a bit careless with the spike point so I nicked myself on the neck a couple of times but it feels like a million buck anyway. It seems I got the TI as sharp as anything. I love that blade and really don't regret spending $$ on it.

Williams Soap and first shave-test of the Boker Edelweiss. Williams tended to dry relatively quickly even with extra water added but it still outperformed C&E soaps lol. Edelweiss gave me a reasonably close and comfortable shave, which is a FAIL. Boker steel can perform a lot better than that and I will be taking it back to the hones and re-testing it tomorrow before I put her up for sale.

Thur
Vulfix BB
Mitchell's Wool Fat soap
TM strop
5/8 Revisor
GFT Coral Skin Food
L'Occitain (sp?) Vetiver
I'd heard really good things about this soap so I picked some up while in Charleston after X-mas. The scent is clean and fresh, but nothing to write home about. The lather and lubrication is superb. Reminds me of Tabac without the scent.
Nice Shave
