Thank you all for a week of cool photos, ideas, and shave paraphernalia!!
Hot shower prep
Razor: PAL Adjustable Injector ~1970
Soap: RazoRock xxx
Mug: Ceramic
Brush: Generic 29mm Badger
Aftershock: Alum Block
Splash: Avon “Woods and Water”
The Day? Beautiful -8ºC<+5ºC. The Shave? A good blade in a solid carrier makes for a close and comfortable shave! The RazoRock XXX is a bit stronger than the original but still a nice lathering and protecting soap.
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker! Do not sell Avon products short! They can be a really pleasant aftershave. No "Chops" value though!!

I think the Gillette Tech is to the razor world what Prince Albert is to the pipe tobacco world. There's really nothing fancy about it, unassuming in every way, not even very aggressive. However, whatever it lacks in flash or wow, it more than makes up with just consistent reliable effectiveness and enjoyment. After two consecutive nearly school free weekends, I think it's probably time to pay the piper. I've got a full agenda today and tomorrow. Perhaps if I get everything done, Monday and Tuesday can be very light reading days. I'm off to school! Have a great one fellas! The older I get, the better I was
