Friday
Looking forward to the weekend, this morning, I was. Decided on a DE shave. I have only one DE. I need another. I like those lather catcher things, they look very 'Steam Punk'. I also like those SE razors like the Gems. I've been looking at a couple. The idea of a slant razor fascinates me a little too.
Today's cream/razor match was excellent. The Fauldings 'Shave' cream is a really bad straight razor cream (if left to fend by itself sans Über) but a nice DE cream. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself...
The light in the sky was orange and beautiful as I drove home tonight. I passed a little huddle of sheep congregated in a paddock on the way home. One had her face raised to the setting sun, which illuminated her face in an orangesoft glow. She was smiling. I'm sure of it.
Looking forward to indoor bouldering with my older son tomorrow. I didn't go last week and I think the rest has helped my finger pulleys rest nicely...
