Cindy says the colour photo is better than the black and white photo. Cindy says the back and white photo is boring. Cindy asked if it was for the shave of the day photo and I said yes. I'm not convinced by Cindy and so I've posted both. I should add voting buttons...
Probably no huge surprise but I favor the black and white myself

If You intend to conquer Sweden, You do it best on Midsummer. That day, You can just walk into the country and proclaim it. Nothing, literally nothing is working on that day. It's x-mas times ten.

A friend of mine has a small house in the woods close to Orebro and I flew there Midsommar 2004. It was bad weather and I had some icing. Shortly after passing Jonkopping, I called Arlanda radar with "ready for descent and request vectors for the ILS Orebro" and the controller answered: "Negative!". I said: "What?!" and he answered: "Tower is closed.". "But I'd like to land there.", "Yes, You can, but You need to establish Yourself.", "Will the ILS be available?", "You'll have to see. Normally it should be switched on".
I managed to land safely in Orebro and found that there was literally not a single soul at the airport. Very spooky

My re-discovery of spike points. I started shaving with a straight razor about 16 months ago and this Red Point was one of my first acquisitions. But after shaving with it twice, I had given myself three scars from the point. Well I decided today to give it another shot. With 16 months of experience, the spike was not an issue today. So newbies, when the senior members here tell you that your technique improves over time, listen to them.

A 917 Red Point was my very first straight razor and I gave myself a few scars with it too. They are great little shavers but from time to time the point on mine still catches me when I'm not paying attention.
