    Default Fendrihan safety razors

How are these? I'm especially interested in the scientist model.

I just looked it up on their site & it's a fine looking razor,,,,

Before you get your heart set on getting one Soldier,, you might better read the last sentence in the product description.

"Greatness never goes unnoticed with the Scientist, custom designed by Fendrihan. From head to handle, this razor speaks of high quality and precision. With a head made of 100% stainless steel, you can trust that your razor will last: professional-grade construction protects the razor from damage over time. The Scientist is satin-finished along its body and burnished to a sheen on the cap, a result of rigorous hand polishing. Depending on your personal preferences, you can use either the open comb edge or the straight edge: the open comb allows you a closer shave, whereas the straight edge offers a less aggressive, more forgiving shave." But,,, we do not sale to people in Ontario and don’t ask why !!!

I must have missed that on the first read through.. I have got this strange feeling inside. I've been fascinated with de razors for the past week. All I can think of buying are safety razors. ... uh oh .. not good for my straight razors.

Saw a Super Speed at Southworks Antique mall in Cambridge just a couple days ago. $18

Edit, Just looked up the Scientist. Looks like a nice razor, but I think it's a newer model so finding someone with experience with it may be hard. You might have to dive in head first.

Nice!! I picked one up two weeks ago and I really love it.

I really want an iKon but I only want the slant head. I need a handle for the slant head but the head alone is $125. I figured for $50 I could get an open comb, closed comb and a slant all with 1 handle for the one time price of $175 plus tax.

On the other hand I'll have to sell some stuff or enjoy my super speed and forget about a new razor.. that would be the hardest..

I own one and I posted a review. Search for Fendrihan Ambassador.

    Yes, I am.

BTW: I was pointing out to you in my earlier post that Hirlau was pulling your leg when he posted "But,,, we do not sale to people in Ontario and don’t ask why !!!"

The listing on Fendrihan's site does NOT say that.
