I don't know if your mechanically inclined, but if the threads are gone, I'm assuming you mean, worn off, not broke off, you can use a tap and die set. Do you know anyone that's into mechanics?
It's quite easy to re thread something.....

Your Rolls Razor handle has the threads gone so the blade won't secure to the handle? Is this the handle you have for your Rolls Razor?

A little off topic, but do all the Rolls handles screw apart? I actually found one in my dad's tools last week while packing up his shop, and the handle appears to be one piece. I can't get it to come apart.

Don't know about all models, but I have four Rolls razors and all the handles unscrew on them....

The instructions that came with one of mine mention a telescopic handle. None of the ones I own have a telescopic handle... I wonder if that's what you have Scububbs.

I wonder why the handles were made to screw apart? Could it be for storage? I went through my second box of Rolls Razors and found one solid handle in an Alum...case and a different solid handle in a Silver Plated case....

A picture of the handle that was in a Silver Plated case, it is one piece. Does any have a picture of the telescopic handle? Thanks
