I think it's a neat idea to consider and offers up some opportune video moments.
Certainly would require an increased attention to touch and stroke. A clotting compound at the ready wouldn't be a bad idea either.

It's alright... I have enough medical equipment to stop the bleeding of multiple gun shots to the chest......I think a few cuts to the face should be more than manageable.....
